About Us
Our expert practitioners have proved themselves both by doing ‘the day job’ itself and in helping other people to develop their knowledge, skills and attitudes. We help maximise personal effectiveness in contributing towards corporate success. We deliver both in-house and open programmes.
The advantages of an open programme
Open programmes provide the opportunity for individuals to learn in a safe environment away from their day to day work pressures. Being part of a group with participants from other organisations offers individuals an opportunity to discuss and share good practice with people from different environments. This can be particularly helpful to experienced staff looking for fresh ideas. This is on top of the cost-effectiveness and business networking benefits.
Guest speakers
A special feature of our courses is the use of guest speakers – topic experts who deliver a session designed to meet the special interests for a particular group of participants. This ‘masterclass’ approach gives a unique added value to all our programmes.
Additional Services
All courses are available as part of our Autumn 08 programme and other topics can be adapted for in-house delivery. This includes refinement of the subjects covered and inclusion of company specific case studies and activities.
We also provide coaching and consultancy support services. Please contact us for more details. We can also advise on sources of government funding for training.
